The problem

Soil change, water, loading and construction conditions can move a foundation beyond acceptable tolerances.

The system

We document symptoms, evaluate probable causes and select a stabilization or lifting system appropriate to the structure and site.

Frequently asked

Clear answers.
No shortcuts.

Can every foundation be lifted?+

No. The right objective may be stabilization, controlled recovery, or both. The structure and risks determine the plan.

Is a visual estimate an engineering report?+

A Steelman inspection includes management on site, property measurements, plans, an estimating-team review and engineer review before a report is presented. Review the scope and applicable fee during appointment checkout. The completed repair must be verified by an engineer.

How soon should movement be reviewed?+

Promptly when changes are active, widening, or paired with sticking openings, sloping floors, water, or safety concerns.
